The Soldiers and Sailors Monument honors those remembered as the boys who saved the Union in 1861—1865 in the Army and Navy, includes Richard C. Brown, Sr., 1920-1986, World War II, and is dedicated in memory of the veterans for all times by the City of Geneva at the monument's re-dedication on Saturday, May 19, 2012.
