Eagle Creek Upper Falls is a small waterfall on Eagle Creek in Oregon, upstream from the Eagle Creek National Fish Hatchery. Also known as Upper Eagle Creek Falls, it is notable for a fish ladder that allows fish to bypass the falls. Because Eagle Creek supports runs of chinook salmon, bull trout, and steelhead trout, the falls have practical importance in addition to their scenic appeal. The area near the falls also serves as a launch point for kayaking downstream on Eagle Creek.
