The North Fork of the Yachats Bridge is a covered road bridge in coastal Oregon that carries North Fork Yachats River Road over the north fork of the Yachats River, about 9 miles northeast of Yachats. Built in 1938 for Lincoln County by experienced bridge builder Otis Hamer, it was the last covered bridge he constructed. Its queen post truss design and 42-foot length make it one of Oregon’s shortest covered bridges. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, it remains one of only two covered bridges in Lincoln County still open to vehicle traffic, preserved through repairs and renovation after damage in 1987.
