This structure with Italianate features served as the Oxford Township Clerk's Office and the meeting location for the township trustees from about 1890 until 1960. Built at 115 West High Street, Oxford, after the Civil War, it was moved to the Pioneer Farm Site in 2007, where it was renovated as a learning center to further an appreciation of local heritage.
