Built by the Gray family, which gave Grayville its name, this home was completed in 1896 and was the finest home in the area, as well as one of the first to have electric lights, running water, and steam heat. Slave quarters and a stable stood in the rear. It became known as the 'Gray Mansion' and retains its original grandeur and charm today.
