Built in 1927 by Standard Oil Company, this full-service station stood on the main route of Highway 61 until the highway was rerouted in 1937. It had several owners over the years, including Eudelle Newsom in 1930. Beginning in 1945 and continuing until his retirement in 1990, the station was owned and operated by Bill Earnheart, Sr. of Tunica. It provided full service at the pump, oil changes, tire repair, and other automotive needs, and it also served as a used-car dealership until 1980. The station's services were made more desirable by Earnheart's warmth and willingness to go the extra mile, showing customers how much he appreciated their business. After his retirement, the building continued to be leased and operated as a service station for about ten years, until its last closing just after his death in 2003. After sitting empty for several years, the business gained new life when Chuck and Buckley Graves, a father-son team, bought the building and restored it to its original glory in 2009.
