Bear Valley National Wildlife Refuge is a protected wildlife area in southwestern Klamath County, Oregon, near the California border. Covering 4,200 acres, it is part of the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex. Established in 1978, it was created to protect nesting areas used by bald eagles. The refuge is administered from offices in Tulelake, California, along with the other refuges in the complex, underscoring its role in the wider network of protected wetlands and habitats in the Klamath Basin.
