This house was built in 1905 for Martha Jane Tucker to be used as rental property. It was continually rented or sold to various owners until the mid 1950's. At that time it was purchased by Mrs. Tom Peek, the first owner to actually live in the home. In 1975 the home was purchased by Craig Black and Alice Kenney Black, who restored it and are its present owners.
