William P. Schall was a member of the 51st Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers, in the War of Rebellion. He served seven enlistments and died during his eighth while serving in Company B, 3rd Regiment, U.S. Infantry, in the military hospital at Angeles, Phillipine Islands.
