Sherburne honored those who made the supreme sacrifice in World War I, World War II, the Korean Conflict, and the Vietnam Conflict, naming Elmer E. Crandall, Vincent Brown, Donald T. Rafferty, Harold Newman, Charles G. Cotton, Donald Trow, Robert C. Adsit, Charles H. Crumb, Philip Edmonds, Robert B. Finch, John E. Giaduinto, Raymond J. Lewis Jr., John P. McDonough, James C. Tibbens, John K. Chrispell, William E. Dalton Jr., Terrence E. Edmonds, Charles C. Frair, Oliver Hinkley, Harry E. McDaniel, Russell Hendrickson, Loris L. Nightengale, Clement Black, Jimmie V. Bock, Howard W. Coleman, and Earl P. Beeching; erected by the citizens of Sherburne, New York, in 1953, it was dedicated to the honor and sacrifice of the town's men and women who served their country, with the charge that none forget they gave their all and faltered not when came the call.
