Sarcee Mountain is an 8,353-foot summit in the Lewis Range of Glacier National Park in Montana, rising in the park’s remote northeastern section. It forms part of one of Glacier’s main mountain systems, within the rugged backbone that shapes much of the park’s landscape. Like the surrounding Lewis Range, the mountain stands in a region of steep relief and terrain strongly shaped by glaciation. Its importance here is primarily geographic, identifying a notable peak within the northeastern reaches of the park rather than a place associated with a specific historic event or developed site.
