Dedicated on May 26, 1986, to the men and women who served with pride, patriotism, and love of flag and country, it calls on people to recall, reconfirm, reflect, and restore the principles of freedom, and honors the memory of Raymond Edgell, Donald Seabright, George Sovich, James Porter, Harold Ruckman, and Robert Gatewood, who gave their lives in the quest for freedom.
