Bouverans Plantation House is a Creole and American Greek Revival plantation house built circa 1860 by Pierre Joseph Claudet, who named it for his native village of Bouverans, France. Except for a brief period, the home has been owned by his descendants. Restored by his great-great-grandson and wife, René and Barbara Claudet, the house is on the National Register of Historic Places.
