The first 4-H Café was built in 1936, and a new and improved café was built on the same spot in 1951. The 4-H Exhibit Building was constructed in 1937 as a WPA project and featured latticed arches with bay dividers for club displays and a stage for 4-H activities such as Share the Fun, Dress Revue, and Project Talks. At the Century Avenue fairgrounds site, a new building houses both the 4-H Café and exhibit space in one 60'x160' building.
