George L. Luthy Memorial Botanical Garden in Glen Oak Park, Peoria, Illinois, is a five-acre botanical garden and conservatory established in 1951 and owned by the Peoria Park District. Named for George Littlewood Luthy, a former bank president and park district trustee, it features outdoor display areas, a 2,500-square-foot conservatory, and more than 300 genera of plants. Its fifteen themed gardens include herb, perennial, rose, wildlife, and woodland areas, along with viburnum and native prairie displays. The conservatory adds tropical plants, orchids, and seasonal exhibits, while changing programs and events have made the garden a year-round public attraction.
