Manresa State Beach is a California state beach on Monterey Bay at La Selva Beach near Watsonville. Managed by the California Department of Parks and Recreation, it spans 138 acres and includes Manresa Main State Beach and Manresa Uplands State Beach and Campground. Established in 1948, it offers a tent-only campground with 60 sites and supports a junior lifeguard program at the main beach centered on lifesaving, fitness, and water safety for children. It remains a protected section of coastline and a public recreation area on the bay.
