The Laura Ebeling Rohlfing House, built circa 1887 to 1890, is a story-and-a-half duplex that remained in the family until 1975. Its common design includes a wooden porch, paired gables, a fieldstone foundation, and a dentil cornice, and its brick herringbone sidewalk is original. It was also the location of the original Frenchtown Museum founded by Richard Vinson.
