This memorial was dedicated to the men who served in the Southeast Asian War and to all servicemen who supported their fight for freedom, and it names James E Jones of the USA, a sergeant major in Laos and a prisoner of war on 10-03-66; James Lee Navarro of the USMC, a lance corporal in SVN on 11-8-67; and Troy E. Brantley Jr. of the USA, a sergeant first class in SVN on 8-22-71.
