During the Vietnam War, from 1961 to 1975, six men from Plymouth gave their lives: Richard E. Dunn, John E. Esten, Charles R. Manarel, Arthur C. Mclellan, Ken E. Micloskey, and Robert W. Mitchell. The memorial also records the names of many other Plymouth veterans who served during that conflict.
