This perennial border uses a design created by Victor H. Ries and distributed in a 1932 Ohio State bulletin. Ries was the founder of the Ohio Association of Garden Clubs. The Four Seasons Garden Club, an OAGC member, donated this border and the Rose Garden. The Perennial Garden is planted in memory of Mark S. Gilbert.
