Mount Chiquita is a 13,075-foot summit in the Mummy Range of the Rocky Mountains within Rocky Mountain National Park in northern Colorado. Lying about 9.8 miles northwest by west of Estes Park, it is among the higher peaks visible from the park’s eastern side and is classed as a Colorado thirteener, rising above 13,000 feet. Part of the park’s rugged high alpine terrain, it is commonly approached from Chapin Pass by an 8.0-kilometer out-and-back route. With a moderate trail, wildflowers, and year-round access, it is known as a relatively accessible backcountry high summit for hikers and runners.
