Built in 1900 by Midlothian contractor W. H. Price for Mansfeild Masonic Lodge No. 331, this building stands on a site donated in 1874 by Jabez Coulson. The lodge was chartered in 1870 as the third Masonic Lodge in Tarrant County and met here until 1984. An addition at the rear was built in 1910 by D.W.J. Grow, and the first known occupant of the ground floor was Stone Brothers General Merchandise Store.
