A prayer dedicates a beautiful white oak as "The Trinity Oak" as a gracious gift to this land, remembering God's mighty power throughout all creation and asking that this sanctuary continue to be beautified with God's presence so that all that abides there will show forth God's glory through Jesus Christ. The dedication was offered by Rector John F. Hird on Trinity's Bicentennial Day, Trinity Sunday, June 13, 1976.
