Built circa 1865 by Abraham Reiter, this 3-story Italianate style commercial building continuously housed a series of dry goods companies for over 75 years. After a period of vacancy, in 1948 Holthouse Furniture occupied the space for 10 years. This was followed by Keillor’s restaurant which opened in 1962. In 1976 Lewis Storie purchased the dining business and continued serving residents as Storie’s Restaurant.
