Michael A. Terry, 1909 - 1961, was an educator, football player, and coach. He graduated from Mount Carmel High School in 1928 and Villanova College in 1932. He coached at Kulpmont High School from 1932 to 1946 and at Mount Carmel High School from 1947 to 1961. His championships included the Pennsylvania State title at Kulpmont in 1938, the Eastern Conference title at Kulpmont in 1945, and the Eastern Conference title at Mount Carmel in 1954. His lifetime record was 190 wins, 19 ties, and 92 losses.
