The Washington Park Gazebo Project was constructed in cooperation with the City of Dunkirk, with Carol Case Siracuse as architect, the Chautauqua County Board of Cooperative Educational Services 1989 Masonry Class under instructor John Marsh, and the 1989/1990 Carpentry Class under instructor Michael Brake. The students and staff at BOCES dedicated their work on the project in memory of John Marsh.
