Tetley Hill is a 984-foot summit in St. Francois County, Missouri, at the southeast end of a ridge between the St. Francis River and Doe Run Creek. Near Route H and Route AA, it stands with Farmington roughly four miles to the north and Doe Run about four miles to the northwest. The hill's significance here is chiefly geographic, marking a distinct high point in the local landscape, and its name preserves the memory of the site's original owner.
