Wilson School in Mannington, West Virginia, opened as a formal early-20th-century school building and later became the West Augusta Historical Society Museum after the school closed in 1979. Completed in 1912, it is a two-story rectangular brick structure above a raised basement, distinguished by its symmetrical design, flat roof, crenellated parapet, and Collegiate Gothic details. Its significance extends beyond the main building: the grounds also include the Price Log House from about 1850 and a 1912 B&O Railroad caboose, making the site a small complex that preserves the history of the Mannington area.
