The Administration Building is a pair of structures dating from the late 1800's. The older rear section included chauffeur's quarters, and the front housed the dairy farm manager responsible for overseeing the dairy herd. The structures were renovated in 2011. Their raised seam metal roof was designed to mimic a style popular in the 1800's and is expected to last for 75 or more years, avoiding the use of asphalt shingles. Most of the windows retain original wavy glass in a divided-light six-over-six double sash style, while others are new and were built by a Pennsylvania craftsman specializing in restoration work. Inside, the flooring is either original tongue-and-groove maple or newly installed pine harvested and milled locally, and the original character has been retained as much as possible.
