Rotary Rocket Roton ATV carried Theodore Roosevelt’s call to dare mighty things even through failure, and it was led by Chief Designer Bevin McKinney, ATV Chief Engineer and Test Pilot Marti Sarigul-Klijn, and Director of Flight Test and Co-Pilot Brian Binnie.
