Peralta House

The Peralta House was the first brick house built in Alameda County. It was constructed in 1860 by W. R. Toler for Ignacio Peralta, an early Spanish settler of San Leandro, whose father, Don Luis Maria Peralta, received a land grant from Spanish Governor Don Pablo Vicente de Sola on October 20, 1820.
