Frank Aftosmes opened his hot dog shop in Annville in 1928. Throughout his life in the community of Annville, "Hot Dog" Frank became a counselor, resource, friend, and number one fan for generations of Lebanon Valley College students. Grateful friends established this memorial on October 18, 1997.
