Built in the 1920's, this gasoline locomotive helped construct several dams along the Wisconsin River before Nekoosa Papers Inc. bought it to help build Nepco Lake. It later worked on the Nekoosa Dam and the water pipeline to the Nekoosa mill, and Wood County borrowed it in the 1940's to help build Lake Wazeecha. Its last work came in the 1950's, when it helped rebuild the dikes on Nepco Lake, but engineers then found that trucks and heavy earth movers could move sand faster, so it was retired to a shady spot on the lake shore until it was rebuilt in 1978 for entertaining children.
