Adena Mound at Enon, Ohio, is the second largest conical mound in Ohio. Large conical mounds are believed to be Adena, while the many small or effigy mounds are Hopewell, a later culture. This mound is the property of the Village of Enon, and twelve other Ohio mounds are the responsibility of the Ohio Historical Society.
