Conotton Creek Trail is a paved rail trail in northern Harrison County, Ohio, running between Bowerston and Jewett along a former railroad corridor. Extending 11.2 miles one way, it serves both as a protected area and a multi-use route for non-motorized travel, including biking, walking, jogging, roller-blading, unicycling, and wheelchair use. Six bridges, including covered bridges in Scio and Jewett, are among its most distinctive features, and 40 birdhouses support tree swallows and bluebirds. Owned by Harrison County and managed by trail advocates, it gained wider recognition as Rails-to-Trails Conservancy's Trail of the Month for March 2002 and as part of the Great American Rail-Trail.
