Warren's Restaurant was the first restaurant on Bethany's boardwalk. Built in 1933, it was destroyed by fire in 1953. Under owners Karl Klais and James Popham, it became the Holiday House, and they rebuilt again after the storm of 1962. In 1984, under Arnold Brown's ownership, it became the first Bethany establishment to acquire a liquor license. In 1998, under new ownership, it was replaced by Mango's and the shopping center.
