The Bryan Parks and Recreation Department skate park grew from the vision of two young men into a reality through generous contributions of time and money from friends in the surrounding communities. Dedicated on October 25, 2001, it is in memory of Garret Lockhart, who believed that everyone's individuality should be accepted and respected.
