The National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame in Bonner Springs, Kansas, is a museum and educational campus dedicated to American farming and rural life. Chartered by Congress in 1960, it developed through the 1960s with the Main Building, the Museum of Farming, and the recreated village of Farm Town, U.S.A. Its indoor spaces honor agricultural history, rural culture, broadcasters, memorial traditions, and farm life beyond machinery alone. The Museum of Farming holds much of a 30,000-artifact collection, while Farm Town, U.S.A. adds historic-style buildings, rail equipment, and farm structures. Together they preserve agriculture as a central part of the national story.
