Fletcher Covered Bridge near Marshville, West Virginia, carries Marshville Road across Tenmile Creek and remains in regular use despite its age. The 62-foot bridge is a Multiple King Post span, a traditional timber form once common on rural roads, with stone abutments built from rock quarried nearby. Its original construction cost was recorded as $1,372, and it is identified in the state bridge system as West Virginia bridge number 48-17-03. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it is also one of only two covered bridges still standing in Harrison County. A later restoration replaced structural timbers and added new siding and a metal roof.
