Wagon Knob is a summit in southern Lafayette County, Missouri, about 3.5 miles south of Odessa and west of Missouri Route 131. Rising to 1,001 feet, it is an elongated north-south ridge with two summits rather than a single peak. Its name comes from a wrecked wagon left there, preserving a small trace of local travel and mishap in the landscape. In western Missouri, it stands out as a named hill whose twin high points give it a more distinct form than an isolated knob.
