Turlock Union High School was erected in 1925 and dedicated for community betterment. The building was designed by architect W.H. Weeks. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior on January 11, 1991, and was dedicated on June 1, 1991. The Board of Trustees included James C. Nichols as president, A.G. Crowell as clerk, W. R. Service, and W. A. Grannis, D.D.
