The G.A.R. Veterans Memorial honors the valiant service of the soldiers and sailors who served their country in the Civil War from 1861 to 1865. It was erected in 1930 by patriotic citizens and former residents of Columbiana, Ohio, and by the Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic.
