This World War II era Quonset hut with a unique stone façade was built here in 1950. It began as a family-run dry cleaning business operated by the original owners. Over the years, it also served as a photo studio and as the home of several roadside diners that fed Route 66 travelers. In 2016, it was remodeled and opened as Graze Catering, continuing its food service legacy.
