Eric S. Holman served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan with EOD Special Forces, the 767th Ordnance Company, 192nd Ordnance Battalion, 52nd Ordnance Group, 20th Support Command, and the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team, and he was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division who received the Combat Action Badge, Meritorious Service Award, Purple Heart, and Bronze Star.
