Macedonia Methodist Church was organized in 1892 by the Rev. W. C. Bracewell, a circuit rider. Early services were held in McPherson School. In 1893, the first church was built by men of the community on land donated by Bill Page. The present structure was erected in 1946, using the same plan as the 1893 church.
