Sisquoc Falls is a large plunge waterfall deep in the San Rafael Wilderness of Santa Barbara County, California, on Falls Canyon Creek, a tributary of the Sisquoc River. Among the tallest waterfalls in Southern California, its main drop rises at least 250 feet and pours from a semi-circular natural amphitheatre into a long, deep pool, with smaller cascades above and below. Fed by a sizeable high-elevation watershed, it runs strongly from December through April and dwindles by late summer. Although impressive in scale, it is rarely seen closely because of its remote location and its position inside the closed Sisquoc Condor Sanctuary.
