Days Canyon lies in the Wasatch Range of eastern Utah County within the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, east of downtown Springville and branching from the Right Fork of Hobble Creek Canyon. Its main canyon runs southeast for about 4,250 feet before splitting into two tributaries: Left Fork Days Canyon, which continues east for about 1.85 miles, and Right Fork Days Canyon, which extends south for about 1.5 miles. A day-use hiking trail follows Left Fork Days Canyon and links with Kirkman Hollow. The canyon was named for early settler Abraham Day and remains part of the broader Hobble Creek network of forested canyons and trails.
