Piney Creek Falls is a 95-foot waterfall on Piney Creek in Fall Creek Falls State Park near Spencer, Tennessee, about a mile upstream from Piney Creek’s confluence with Cane Creek. The falls are most easily viewed from an overlook reached by a trail above the drop. Reaching the base is far more difficult, since no maintained trail leads there; access is possible only by rappel or by a rugged hike up the Piney Creek Gorge.
