Spalding Memorial Library-Tioga Point Museum in Athens, Pennsylvania, is a historic civic building within the Athens Historic District that has served as both a library and museum since its construction in 1897–1898. Designed in the Colonial Revival and Classical Revival styles, it features a two-story brick main block on a raised basement, trimmed with Indiana limestone, and a formal front portico with four Ionic columns. The building was enlarged by a two-story rear addition in 1928 and gained an elevator tower in 1999. Recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000, it remains significant for both its architecture and its preservation of local history.
