Green River Knob is a mountain in Kentucky on the border of Casey and Pulaski counties. At 1,789 feet, it is the tallest point in the state’s Knobs region and the highest point in Kentucky outside the Eastern Coalfield. Its prominence makes it visible from far away, with especially notable views toward it from Pilot Knob in Powell County and from Indian Fort Mountain near Berea.
